Non existent customer service. They did not honor their 30 day guarantee or respond at all to numerous messages and emails. Was left with unusable blinds and a loss of $2k. Never again.

I have been a customer of Blindsgalore for 25 years, the products and services are always fantastic! My recent order was for miscellaneous parts for a blind that my dog decided to chew, a challenge - Blindsgalore customer service representative Beth worked diligently with production to fulfill my order. Beth was professional, friendly, and polite. Yay!

This place is a joke. Ordered standard window blinds in black and when they got here it looked nothing like it did in the picture. Asked for a refund and they said since I ordered custom window blinds (which theyre not, theyre standard) they cannot issue me refund for these terrible shades. These shades look cheaper than the ones at Home Depot. Never again will i order from this scam of a company

I placed an order on 2/4 as their site listed shipping as 5-7 business days which was quicker than other places that were cheaper. I received an email confirmation on 2/5 that my est ship date was 2/13, the full 7 days. Then on 2/13 instead of getting a shipping notice I get another order confirmation that now shows the est ship date as 3/1 without any explanation for the delay. I emailed back but the customer service person just made the excuse its estimated then ghosted me. I could have purchased this elsewhere cheaper and had it sooner if I had known they were lying about shipping times. Extremely frustrated at the delay and lack of customer service. Would never recommend.

They say the true measure of a great company is not how they treat you during the sale, but how they treat you when things don't go right. Beth at Blindsgalore was awesome to deal with on my warranty issue and the communication was excellent. Highly recommend!
