near impossible to get ahold of after you order. No updates, unless you continuously leave messages. when I made the order I was told I would be able to pick them up from a nearby town. Later they email me saying that I would have to pick up 2 hours away! All I was given was an address, no phone number for the pickup location until I emailed. No business name was given either. Great that you can get a price quote in real time, but Lowes beat their prices, just took two days longer. I will never order from them again.

I ordered 1 custom window (online) on 5/6. I was told it would be done on 6/7 and shipped to my home. My construction is at a standstill until I get this window. Ive been trying to contact someone at the company for over 2 weeks with no response. Theres no way to call and directly speak with someone. Its a call center that takes a message and says that someone will call me back. Ive left a message every day. Ive emailed & sent messages on Facebook and WhatsApp. I believe this company is a scam and will be reporting to the BBB.
