image I had replacement windows put in a few years ago. I like this company after getting several estimates and would hire them again.  So easy to work with and fair and honest.  And they sent several installers and got the job done quickly. They did extra work in an add-on family room with thin walls, they built out molding around the windows. There was a reasonable charge. It looks good. There was a little glitch with a couple of sliders installed with the latches upside down but it was fixed the next day.  They also recommended a contractor to check the wiring (the existing house wiring of that room) and he rewired and remolded the room.  I am happy with the work and the way it all looks!

image There I updated my response. It says right on the page that a response is given in 10 minutes or so. So I asked for a response at a little after 10 am Friday. So you're going above and beyond is ridiculous. The only reason you've communicated as much as you said is because I said the truth at the time. You hadn't responded, in the chat or otherwise. So I gave you another star for "slow" response in lieu of none. Better now? Daniel below didn't seem thrilled either, are you harassing him as well about his opinion? Or just me? This is last time I will spend anymore time on you, I meant what I said. Not my fault, sorry.

image HelloWe recently had our kitchen half DIY and half professionally remodeled. As a home owner with a big family it's hard to get all the bells and whistles you would like especially on a tight budget that's where the DIY came in. We did all the things we can do and when it came to the more difficult challenge this is where the pros came in. The team came in on schedule and did a great job on the task. They were knowledgeable and accommodating to all the details that needed to be done. The team was extremely helpful and nice all the way till they were all wrapped up. If your looking for the next touch up in your home we definitely recommend this team! Thanks guys!

image The windows themselves are satisfactory, but the installation and my interaction with the business was not.First off, before the install I asked Jeff to re-measure the windows to see if we can maximize the glass area and he said I would have to pay for him to come back and that it would only make a 1/4" difference (1/8" around the frame). He said he has been doing this for 25 years and always did it like this. He also said retrofit windows lose 1/2" to 3/4" of frame (1" to 1.5" of window). However, the new frames caused a 2" loss of frame and 4" of window. When I brought this discrepancy up after the installation on a call he denied he said it and sounded agitated, saying he doesn't like having conversations like these. There were also issues with the installation. The installers discussed the physical appearance of women they knew. They walked with their boots on the carpet, the floor, and the kitchen counter. When I pointed it out they did not apologize and said they weren't told to do wear shoe covers. They left stains and dirt on the carpet, the kitchen counter, and inside the new window frames. And although I specifically asked them to, they did not even clean the old window frames before installing the new ones on top of them, even joking that construction workers leave trash inside walls all the time. I had to have the rugs and carpets wet vacuumed and deep clean the floor and kitchen counter, which took a lot of time and energy. And when I asked Jeff to cover at least part of these expenses, he referred me to speak to his business partner, Kelly.After a month of back-and-forth, with pictures, itemized lists, and estimates, they finally agreed to pay for part of the cleanup costs. They took over a week to respond on a few occasions, with the last email taking 11 days to answer. For the amount we paid for the installation I expected the communication to at least be prompt and professional.
