        DD&W have not followed up in 2 months on a faulty seal in my kitchen window. A mushroom started growing, I called an abatement service to investigate. The window needs to be resealed and DD&W have set up appointments to come out and not showed/ignored my (subsequent) calls. Now I have more growth. I can't remediate until the window is sealed. By the way, the address listed on the website is an empty bldg.

        Not a reputable company! Discount Door and Window replaced all the windows in my condo. One window never closed properly and now it leaks when it rains. After weeks of not getting my calls or emails answered I finally got them to agree to a service call - at $150 for the first hour and $75 for each hour after that. The "Lifetime Warranty" they hand you only covers manufacturers defects and not their sloppy installation. A reputable company would stand by their work and not gouge you to fix their own mistakes. Don't be taken in.
