One star because I made five keys and only one actually works! Won't be using this again. These were just simple Kwikset style house keys.

I only just created the digital key, so I have no knowledge of how well it works on the "oh no! I need a duplicate key" end of things. Once we figured out which system was needed (there are two Minute Key machines inside of Lowes), it was relatively easy to duplicate the key, and create the digital copy. We did a fake test to see how it would work on the backend and it seemed to be quite easy. I would definitely recommend getting a digital duplicate of any important keys (read: your front door key!).

It took me a few weeks to make my key. Apparently keyhero main computer was down and no one was explaining it to me. We didn't know what the issue was. I finally found a keyhero rep at the store who told me it would work the following week. And it finally did.
