Wow. Surprised they're still in business. Their owner Brett Weiss never takes the blame or apologizes for anything. With that kind of customer service I am really surprised that they still have any type of clientele. I cannot tell you how poorly this man runs his business. Unprofessional on every level. I would really investigate other businesses because they're really a dime a dozen in this industry. Certainly you should be able to find somebody who is professional quick, accurate in what they promise, and won't attack you on social media.

This company is the ultimate worst for photo digitizing! I would give them a zero if I could! Their customer service is also rated zero. I never even got beyond the point of customer service to have my slides digitized - it took too long, and I gave up.First customer service told me I could have certain number of slides digitized; then someone else called me and cut the number to a much lesser number without providing an explanation. My $60 certificate became worthless, and they refused to refund me the money I paid for it. I threw out the box and the certificate and wrote it off as a loss.
