We needed a few small things repaired on our pool equipment. I can't say enough good things about Lance. Honest and patient with all of my questions, great at communicating what needed to be done, and did an amazing job. I will be using ProTouch from now on for my pool repairs and maintenance.

I want to give a HUGE shout-out to Kevin from ProTouch Pool Services!! This is my sincere testimonial to acknowledge Kevins help without AI help or incentives..because Kevin is absolutely amazing!!! Yes he really is!!! Thanks to Kevin, my knowledge about the pool has gone from absolutely zero to something basic in a very short time (about 2 weeks), and I am starting to feel comfortable maintaining the pool myself. He even walked me through how to balance the pool the first time. I am surprised he is willing to walk me through despite this, which could potentially compete with his business. This shows how passionate he truly is with pool services, and he invested in a long-term partnership with customers. Kevin is very responsive, friendly, and professional; he really knows his stuff about the pools!! Despite the first time when I called him for a pool inspection at the last minute, he was magically able to find time to help me and even arrived 5-10 mins before me!! He is unbelievably responsive and even faster before my eyes. Literally! Kevin helped me inspect the pool and identified a number of potential concerns in the pool that I need to address (things and questions that I dont even want to ask!!). He also gave me at least 3 hours of complimentary consultation that contains valuable pool knowledge and common pitfalls of costly mistakes that I need to avoid. Honestly, I would say that all the advice he gave me have saved me at least hundreds upfront. Yes!! This is on top of the invaluable advice he gave :) Kevin, thank you for all your advice, and I look forward to working with you. I was looking for a service to fix my spa heater and start servicing my spa. I hit the jackpot with Pro Touch. Lance was very knowledgeable and pinpointed the problem. Alan explained what needed to be done to service the spa every week and started in right away. And the prices were very reasonable. Couldn't be more pleased. Strongly recommended.

Kevin, Allan and Lance have all been great people to work with. We recently bought a home with a pool and as first time home owners with a pool it was important for us to learn from someone who was honest and open about what we needed to do and not. They have been reasonable, responsive and professional every step of the way. Do not look any further for a great pool company for anything from inspections, service repairs or maintenance.
