        Sunglass Hut inside Macys - Alejandra (claims to be the Manager) provided the worst customer service Ive ever experienced on 3/24/24. I usually dont shop at Macys but on 3/5/24 I stopped by their SH section and purchased a pair of D&G sunglasses before a business trip to Asia, but ended up getting a pair of Gucci at Bloomingdales, the D&G sat in my closet since the day I purchased them and never took them out of the bag again until today (by the manager) when I tried to return them for a refund. Alejandra claims they have so many scratches that theyre in unsellable condition and refused to process a refund. I honestly doubt she had proper training because she lacks CS skills. Based on other reviews, looks like Im not the only one who has experienced the same issue. I filed a chargeback claim with my CC company and filed a complaint with Macys corp.

        The staff are excellent. The problem is the Sunglass Hut warehouse. Theres a chance if you ordered online, you might receive a used product. Its a hassle that I have to re-order again, hopefully the one i will receive is brand new.
