Solstice Sunglasses

Excellent customer service!! Guys were so patient with me on choosing the right glasses! Ill definitely recommend this store to choose your next pair of glasses!

I had the worst experience with the employee named Lilian and Antonio who is manager at the Sunglass store on the outside of Macy's where Solstice use to be. I just got my Lasik done on my eyes and they are sensitive to sunlight, so I was deciding between two pairs of sunglasses. Lilian persuaded me to get both pairs and continued to say that they had a 30 day return policy. When I decided to come back before the 30 days to return them and get a better suited pair for me. Lilian said that both glasses were not able to be returned eventhough they're was nothing wrong with them, not a scratch. The worst part is that her manager agreed with her even though he didn't even look at the glasses! Then she told him it is past the return date and he agreed with her again without looking at the receipt! It was not scratched nor was it past the due date. As I left the store I felt confused, upset, and angry that Lilian had lied to me from the very beginning. So I went back in the store and told her that I counted the days and it is actually not pasted the due date. Then they both were like oh yeah... but we still won't take your return on both. They bullied me to believe I was wrong and gave me the worst service I have ever received in my life. Do not get your glasses from here. I went to a different store location and I had no issue returning/exchanging them for another pair.

Don't bother with this store. It's never guaranteed it will be open. Every time I try to go here it's closed, or it has a sign up saying be back soon but there is just someone sitting in there on their phone? Maybe they forget to take the sign down? Store needs to plan better for staff breaks.
