Great customer service. Went in not expecting to buy anything and ended up coming out with 2 new pairs. The 2 ladies that helped were honest and sincere with all their recommendations.

Bought a pair of Maui Jim's here Jan 2021 and love them. I was told by the clerk at the store how great the Maui Jim warranty was and how I could get them repaired or replaced almost unconditionally under their lifetime warranty. She even told me a story about how I could lose them in a lake and Maui Jim would replace them without question. Low and behold, I scratched my lense accidentally and found that it actually costs $88 to fix and it is not covered under warranty. This was NOT a misunderstanding on my part and I was lied to and foolishly believed nonsense from the clerk at the store.

This place has great customer service I went on Sunday and bought a pair of glasses . Two wonderful ladies help me name Carla& crystal they both show me alot great glasses I like .
