        Horrible service you call and they give you a reference/confirmation number before transferring you to someone else that gives you another number and the day you expect them no one shows up you call they tell you it was cancelled no reason given you ask again trying to expedite the service call only to be told it'll take 2-3 weeks for your request the worst possible service in San Diego we were offered their service in L.A. I'm glad we didn't go with them we never have these issues in our LA or San Francisco buildings with our current providers stay clear from Shred-it

        Nobody working at the front desk and had to knock at the employees entrance to get help with my drive up shredding.

        HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! Don't waste your time and money! This company charges you for services they do not provide. They keep you on the phone for a long time and at the end the customer is left with no service at all. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!
