You cant get ahold of anyone, they hang up on you as soon as you do get ahold of someone, they charge you even when they don't come out to pick up. We have been charged 3 times the last two months and they haven't been out to our facility in over 6 months. I have never dealt with such poor customer service.
Edit to add : I was finally able to talk to a woman named tori who is whispering and keeps saying ill get it to someone for review but will not provide any contact info. All I want is to cancel our horrible service. They apparently don't have a branch manager or any managers you can speak to.
