I was there yesterday afternoon the store in Mission Valley i spent exactly $145.80 on shoes & accessories. Anyways I was in line behind 2 customers at the register and at the end of each sale the cashier Lucas gave each customer a little card of a promotion of $25 off if you spend $75 you get the $25 off on your next in store visit which I had already seen it on their website. So when i was done paying for my purchase Lucas did not even bother to give me the $25 off little card for my next visit. They were sitting right next to the register. So what it is does it only apply to certain customers. Honestly I left the store very upset could it have been my race I don't know im still bothered by this Vans store cashier should treat customers equally. But I will say the staff that were attending customers that were asking for shoes gave excellent customer service very satisfied with their service.

Great place to buy shoes better than Adidas or Nike or Puma Vans all the way. I used to be a Nike fan but since Colin Kaepernick screwed everything up for everyone I changed to Vans and I will stick with Vans for the rest of my life
