The UPS Store

This is the worst UPS store in the area. Whenever I drop Amazon returns, they are too lazy to scan them before packing up and hence returns are untrackable till amazon receives and process them. This delays the refund by weeks and forces customers to keep a watch and waste their time needlessly. Some of the items go missing permanently ,m, so possibly this laziness could be cover up for stealing. They try to blame it all on Amazon. However returns are perfectly trackable if I drop them at ANY other UPS store in the area. So this problem exists ONLY at this specific UPS location. All other UPS locations are fine. UPS needs to do something about this franchise. Because of them, I have started avoiding UPS altogether.

The UPS Store located in the Del Mar Highlands is outstanding.  The staff is exceptional and committed to addressing their customers' needs.  I have been going to this UPS store for the past 10+ years.  The store has great employee retention.  You will not find a better UPS Store in San Diego!!

I have used the Del Mar UPS Store location for years and highly recommend them for your shipping.  This can be a busy store during the holidays, but they are extremely organized and well-staffed.  The store has great employee retention, which means management is doing things right.  I find the staff to be friendly and helpful.Let's face it, shipping or returning an item is not something any of us want to do.  I'm glad my UPS store helps me get it done as quickly as possible.

The chubby young girl staff at the store on Jan 14 3:40 pm was rude, inpatient and not being helpful.
