The supposed "business center" of the bay front Hilton is a UPS store selling things. No place to work, no tables, no chairs. Highly NOT recommended! Zero stars.

There should be a disclaimer in the description that services are intended for hotel guests or employees. There was a $6 fee to drop off a prepaid UPS box.

Super scammy UPS inside Hilton!! Tried to do UPS return and because they couldnt scan Amazon generated QR code, they charged $4.30 just to print it. Not supposed to happen with Amazon returns EVER. Will be reporting this location to Amazon!!
