Useless store. They dont help with anything and are randomly closed without warning. They dont even tape labels on boxes and suggest that you buy a whole roll of tape to put your label on the box.

Staff has an attitude. To my surprise they charged me a dollar to tape a T-Mobile package. I was genuinely surprised so the older gentleman from the back turns to me to let me know that its because Amazon doesnt cover the tape charge anymore. What a joke! I asked if I could buy a tape roll and they sell that for $10. I paid the dollar - its not about the money. Clearly the tape for the package isnt worth a dollar so you end up with customers feeling like they are taken advantage of. Yes I could have taped my package and avoided all this hassle but I have owned multiple small businesses and there is something called cost of doing business. Yes may be as a business you dont directly recover the cost of tape in that same transaction but your customer service attracts these same exact customers to do more transactions with you. They dont seem to get this concept. Not sure if the business was recently sold and is under new ownership or what but they were never like that. It is the closest ups store to where I live, but I will definitely go out of my way to not come here again. They got two stars because they still got the job done.

Worst customer service ive evr had. Made me waste $20 on the computer to print my label and didnt even have enough time to get them. No help from staff whatsoever.

I have never received a package from UPS at my door. I have to go in to the store the next day every time because the drivers don't even bother knocking. I don't have this problem with any other delivery service. I avoid companies that use UPS just because I'm tired of dealing with them.

I rarely write a review, but I am doing this to defend the two sweet and hard working girls who work in this store during the week.  I use this location all of the time and have had nothing but "A+" service.  When I was waking into the store last week a customer, who was leaving, was grumbling and mentioned they were going to complain on YELP.  So I decided to check out the yelp page...  I was shocked at some of the comments.  There were some -1- star reviews; someone complaining about pricing which I believe is set by UPS Corporate, a sign posted outside the store with time changes due to a world wide COVID epidemic which, by the way, was not their fault and that phones were not answered timely.  Obviously, this person has never worked a busy customer service desk.  You DO NOT INTERRUPT a customer you are waiting on to answer a telephone.  And someone by the name of NICK, who I am assuming is a UPS employee, advising someone on the phone the UPS store would be able to help the customer go into the customer's personal email and pull up information and scan a label.   How does Nick know how busy the store is or why would he offer someone else's time without giving the store a "Heads up"... If Nick wasn't a UPS employee his direction to Samantha B was even worse.  Shame on this complaining customer for blaming the store when it was she who lacked computer skills or cell phone skills to bring the label to the UPS store.I find Jayne and Mary absolutely wonderful and hysterical.  I think the girls are getting a "BAD RAP" by people who feel safe because of the anonymity computers/social media provide.  Or maybe these "complainers" just woke up on the wrong side of their web and had to take their frustrations out on someone and YELP is a perfect way to BLAST people who can't defend themselves.   With the age of computers and most businesses living and dying by YELP reviews, I hope YELP readers take some of these reviews like a grain of salt and know the nitpickers aren't happy unless they are complaining about something or someone.Thumbs up to Jayne and Mary for doing a great job.
