Despite the many phone calls I had with UPS through this whole process, they failed to deliver my package. I called them before the delivery to let them know that they have to call me or let me know when the delivery will arrive so I can be there, or else they wont be able to deliver the package. The agent on the phone said theyll call me upon delivery. They never called me. They never notified me of any delivery. I called them to track the package and they said they already tried to deliver it three times and its back in the local UPS warehouse. This was on a Friday. They told me I couldnt pick up the package until Monday because they were already closed for the weekend. And so we agreed that I would come on Monday. I arrived to the warehouse on Monday at the specified time, and they told me the package was already shipped back to the sender on Friday, three days before. (The same day they told me I couldnt come until Monday to pick up the package.) This is an international shipment too, so it got shipped all the way back to the sender in Shenzhen, China, and Im in California. I will have to pay them a bunch of money to try to ship it again? No thank you. I would love to be able to trust them to work with me on delivering the package, but with the lousy level of service I received from this experience, I cant trust that this will work out for me at all. They did a very poor job at following through and communicating.

I would give this a negative one if I could! Customers beware in the event that you have a package that comes to you damaged not only will they NOT take responsibility, but God forbid, in the event YOU make a claim for that damaged item that you purchased-but to add insult to injury they're not even going to tell you that the claim was denied-they'll only tell the store you purchased from. Never mind the fact that you're the one that paid for it and filed the claim for it, apparently that gives you no right to get any of the information for it.. and did I mention that it takes an act of God to get an actual person so good luck on that one.

Honestly, reading the previous reviews definitely made me apprehensive as I just recently moved to SD around two weeks ago and ordered a large and expensive mirror which was shipped thru UPS. I wont lie, it was definitely a headache getting it delivered as the drivers would attempt delivery around 3 times within a span of two weeks even though I was home all day and waited for the package each time. Regardless, I decided to do a hold for pick-up. It wasnt the ideal option as Im a pretty small woman (52 and 120 lbs) so picking up a 65 and 70lb mirror was not my initial choice. Nonetheless, prior to picking up I called the general customer service line to confirm that my package was ready for pick which they did. Around twenty minutes later, I received a call from this UPS confirming my package was available for pickup. When I arrived, I was greeted by such a pleasantly nice lady and the pickup was so seamless and quick. They offered to help lug it into my car too! Another associate gentleman offered to help me as well. Overall, based on my experience very good customer service and efficiency. Just wished the hours were a bit more flexible!

Package needed signature of recipient. Initial notice stated delivery would be between 2:15 and 4:15. Next notice stated delivery would be between 1:30 and 5:30. Now it is 4.45 and notice states delivery will be 7:00PM. I have been home awaiting delivery since 1:30. It would seem that Ups could provide a more realistic estimate of delivery time and have drivers call when they are within 45 minutes or so from delivery so a day doesnt have to be wasted waiting for the man in brown. Really poor customer service. More like Customer DISSERVICE.
