        They now have multiple self-service stations for scanning labels and codes from your phone or email. Super fast and easy. Great service and helpfulness. Unlike other places, they had extra tape/tape guns and box cutters (free) I could use when I had to open one of the sealed boxes I was shipping. Especially considering the location, I was pleasantly surprised with street parking and even a parking garage accessible around the side/back of the building complex.

        THANK YOU Umarie (I hope I spelled that right!) and Scott for your help!! I try not to ever buy large stuff from Amazon, but did, and ended up returning it. Umarie did some magic tricks getting it back in the box (hahaha) and Scott was patient with me and my QR code meltdown! THANKS AGAIN TO YOU BOTH!! :)
