UPS Authorized Shipping Outlet

Returned some items to OQQ AND IT WAS supposed to be free returns this lady charged me over $9 for 3 small thin plastic bags. Will never return to this location.

I went in there tonight just to return 2 Shein items. The lady was so stupid and very rude. Place is dirty. Floor is messy with scraps everywhere. I showed her my email with the bar code. She told me to forward it. I did 4 times. She couldn't find it. Took her ten minutes. I had told her from the beginning I needed two labels. So she prints only one. Then she shows me that she printed the email. I said that's not the label. She said yes it is. Then she tells me that I must purchase a box to return both items. I said no thanks I'll go somewhere else. Then she said you owe me 50 cents. I said for what?! She said for the label. I told her that's not even a label. But she was so desperate for the stupid 50 cents after wasting 20 minutes of my time for NOTHING! I threw the 50 cents on the table and told her to keep the stupid paper. They are the WORST!!! I went to a real UPS store after and it didn't cost me a thing and only took 5 minutes. They even taped both bags together so I wouldn't have to buy anything. Please don't waste your time with these vultures at Postal Annex. I warned you!
