Went to send back Amazon return. Waited until they opened at 9 as I had a busy day and wouldnt have time later. Employee said sorry, system down, come back in a few hours. How inconvenient!!! Like I have all the time in the world to drive there again during my busy day! No other options than just come back in a few hours.

So Ive had my ups and down with this place, some of the employees are (were) nice, especially when theyre just starting off. But overtime I see a shift in their energy once its been a few weeks working here everyone kind of projects this solemn energy and it can feel uncomfortable coming in at times because its like they make you feel like youre bothering them. I feel that management is responsible for setting the tone and energy of the environment that they are leading and Matty many times just doesnt make eye contact or give a welcoming, friendly, supportive energy. I think the employees just begin mirroring that type of demeanor. I just came in to check my mail and found that Matty closed out my box and said its been closed since DECEMBER. With NO notice or anything. Girl, its now June how can you say you closed it in December when Ive been coming every so often to check my mail? I work for incarcerated people, and the fact that my mailbox was closed with absolutely zero notice - no letter, email, phone call, or text to warn me, notify me, or any type of courtesy is extremely concerning and unprofessional. I dont even know if I had any mail from the incarcerated people prior to her just closing it off. I was told when I first opened my box that I would get a notice a few weeks prior to my mailbox being closed so that I could renew it if I wanted, and I never got that courtesy. So dont waste your money or time here. Shes just mean and I hate that type of energy. Especially when youre paying for a service and this is how you get treated.

I am so happy to visit this post office, because they work instantly, without unnecessary actions, and the speed is off the charts. And the staff is very friendly, and a whole happiness to be here. I have been here several times already and will definitely come again. My gratitude to every employee who helped me and will help me again!

Hawfull customer service I have meet people more busier people but still have nice tone to talk to people.
