The food was interesting. I tried the Steak & Eggs Skillet and Breakfast Enchiladas. I was disappointed with the ratio of the meat to the potatoes. There were only three pieces of steak and a big piece of nasty fat in the skillet. If anything it shouldve been called Steak Hash Browns. However, it did have good flavor and excellent texture. Next, I tried the Breakfast Enchiladas and like the skillet it too had good taste. The food was well marinated and well balanced. Unfortunately, I couldnt taste any applewood bacon. Both dishes had their ups and downs, so Im hoping that quality control will be handled better.
