Great happy hour with lots of locals. Good vibes. Half-off their 3 French-inspired burgers and an $8 cocktail of the day. Plus half off various wines and other rotating incredible bargains, like $2 oysters. I ate 12 and it made a delightful dinner! No-nonsense service. Sit at the bar or the table near the window. Love it and will be back!

Sadly I feel compelled to write this as we came because of the good reviews, but our experience was a bummer. They charge $15 for subpar oatmeal, $18 for the most basic and bland avocado toast, $11 for a cappuccino (!?!). Our server didnt remember most things we asked for. I thought the good reviews + tiny menu meant everything would be done to perfection, but it was middling at best. The decor was lovely though. Hope they can turn things around.

I had a croissant, some French Toast, and a latte here. I really liked the French Toast! It was covered with pine nuts, and was drenched in syrup (which I was kinda surprised by, since I thought the pine not coating was going to prevent the today from soaking up the syrup). The nuts added some nice texture, and the syrup was a good amount of sweet. It was kinda hard to cut into, so I just kind of had to bite into the toast slices (maybe that's intended, though). The croissant and the latte were decent; nothing too eye opening for them but they I liked them a decent amount (I think the croissant is maybe good, with something else that is more savory than what I got). Overall, I liked what I got, and am happy to go again!
