Jenica went above and beyond in helping me buy a property. From scheduling last minute showings to answering my non-stop questions, I could not have asked for better service. Jenica is not only highly knowledgeable about the ins and outs of real estate, but also has has strong connections with agents in the San Diego area, which was key in helping me close in this seller's market. There were multiple open houses we attended where she had already has an established relationship with the selling agent, and we leveraged one of those to close on an off-market deal (that checked all the boxes for me) with $10k in closing credits! I highly recommend Jenica to everyone, especially FTHB as she is passionate about making sure her clients are as well educated as she is. There is no question she will be my first stop the next time I am selling or buying.

Jenica is amazing! We were first time buyers and had to navigate a tricky market and a complicated buying/ closing process on our 20 acre home with multiple owners selling. Jenica was always available to answer our questions, communicate with the seller's agent, and made the process as simple as possible. She is extremely knowledgable on all aspects of a home, even a rural one like ours. Will happily refer her to anyone I know looking for an agent!

Jenica is an absolute gem. From our first meeting we knew she was going to go above and beyond for us. And she did that and more. She was so flexible with some of our changing directions. Our closing situation was an absolute chaotic storm due to the seller and she bent over backwards to accommodate us in every aspect. I cannot recommend her enough. Even after we closed she literally stood outside our place as we were on a plane out of the country to make sure we had full access. I have dealt with many realtors and Jenica makes sure she stands in a class all her own. She makes you feel like you are family. You cannot go wrong with this one! Thank you so so so much Jenica!

My fiance and I have had the pleasure of working with Jenica over the past few months in search of our dream home and she exceeded all expectations!
