My two siblings and I recently moved to San Diego and bought a house. We were in a rush to buy a house and our agent Alex Conti was very efficient in helping us get the house we liked. We are seniors and new here so he is very patient with our needs, and helpful in referring handymen, plumbers, pavers, termite companies etc. to us. I found Alex in 2018 when I was browsing the internet and looking at houses in San Diego. Moving to San Diego to retire was just a dream back then. Alex contacted me and started sending me new listings almost daily. My siblings and I then came to San Diego for a week's vacation in 2018 and met Alex. We found him to be very nice, polite and not overly aggressive, someone we can trust. We went back and decided to buy a house by looking at the listings we saw on line. I remember we saw a house that met all our expectations and asked Alex to make an offer for us. He told us the house was very nice but behind the house was a busy highway which was very noisy. We were very impressed by Alex for telling us that. Some agents might just go ahead and try to sell us that house. Then Covid 19 hit and we almost gave up the whole idea of moving to San Diego, but Alex kept our dreams alive by sending me the listings. We are very glad and thankful that he did. Alex's company Whissel Realty Group does a great job in explaining all the steps that a buyer has to follow in order to complete a home purchase. Everything went smoothly for us, and we are very satisfied with this company.

This purchase was the second time we used Karlee Van Dyke, ( Whissel Realty Group) as our realtor. She helped us out buying the Apartment for my parents last year . And we just purchased our first investment studio. Shes very knowledgeable . She does know the areas and its potential. She also has great sources. And would share with us. That was one of the important factor for us. We moved last year to San Diego and wanted someone to trust. She was the perfect candidate. I highly recommend her. And for my future purchase I definitely work with her again.
