I've been working with Kyla Pince for several months now, and I cannot recommend her enough. Kyla is warm, friendly, and genuinely cares about her clients. She continues to make me feel like a top priority, and is always there for me whether it's for a quick question or a detailed discussion.
Kyla sold my listing at full price in less than a week, and never waivered in her confidence that it would happen. Remarkably, the same day we opened escrow on the sale of my condo, Kyla got my contingent offer accepted on my dream home, and we entered two escrows within a few hours of each other!

Evelyn with the Auker Group was 10/10 the best person to work with! We were lost when we started our home buying journey and couldnt find a realtor that understood our needs and was willing to teach us along the way. Evelyn stepped right in and actively learned what we wanted and helped us find our first home! She pushed boundaries, fought hard for what we wanted, and wasnt afraid to pivot as needed.
Evelyn was consistent in her communication, always professional, and stayed motivated when we were being picky about what we wanted ;) I will use Evelyn again for our next home and will happily refer her to our friends/family with 100% confidence that she will make the home buying experience great for them as well.
