She knew every neighborhood, could tell a great house from a merely okay one, and was quick to steer us away from properties that were deeply flawed. She's a skilled negotiator - clever, firm and fair - and got us a terrific price on a beautiful house in Vista. It was a complicated transaction involving two separate but connected properties; she knew every detail and was the first to review anything from the seller. Her counsel was excellent and we came to trust her completely. Better still she was wonderful to work with and constantly reached out to see how we were doing and feeling about things. She also knows a ton of great people who can help you before and after you purchase a property - floors, kitchens, you name it. We can't recommend Abby highly enough.

There is only one realtor you will ever need!! And that person Abby Burtness. From the start of our journey, Abby and her team helped us stage our house and got it sold SO fast! She is a realtor that assist in ALL aspects of selling and purchasing a home. If you need, she has recommendations and facilitates in ALL areas from Bank lenders, cleaning people, movers, handyman and other professionals We have our dream home because of Abby, (there were 4 offers). She made it happen for us. And this is while we were in a rental contract. Abby went above and beyond the call of duty. Which lead us to purchasing our Dream home!!
