Dana and Jessica were wonderful agents that worked seemlessly and diligently together to help us buy our first home. We love our home (moved in Sept 2021) and would truly not be here without their help and guidance through the daunting process as a first time buyer. They took as much time as we needed to help us make decisions about offers and then again once we were in closing negotiations. When Dana couldnt make our inspection David (CEO/founder) came in his place to make sure we were well taken care of and everything was smooth, that showed me that Kindred values their clients above all else. We worked with Anthony Montroy of Kindred Realty to sell our property and with Dana Pistilli to find a new property to purchase. Our property sold quickly thanks to the staging and marketing savvy of Anthony (all while in a pandemic!).
On the buying side, Dana found us a new property very quickly and got in an offer in immediately, which was crucial in this hot market.
We are very pleased with the hard work Anthony and Dana provided. They were both very responsive, knowledgeable and positive, a real pleasure to work with. As was the entire Kindred Team that worked behind the scenes to make the sale, purchase and escrow process run smoothly.
