We are first time homebuyers and Gloria was incredibly patient and generous with her time. She spent hours with us educating us on all the complicated ins and outs of home buying. She's been in San Diego for a long time and knows a lot about the city and many neighborhoods. Simply put - Gloria is absolutely the best realtor in San Diego! We live in our dream home because she made it happen. No way we could have done it in our own. She made us feel like we were her only clients. She is so knowledgeable about not only the different areas of San Diego but can break down the pros and cons of a house like no one else. She has our complete trust and confidence and advised us thoroughly with each home we viewed. We called on her day and night and she always followed up with an answer. Her strategy and methodical communication with the listing agent got us our house in the end. Even with the added complexity of using a VA loan, she still made it happen. A perfect choice for military families like ours. There is no other realtor in San Diego I would ever recommend but her!
