Ron Fletcher really knows the beach area in SD.  I highly recommend him to find the property of your dreams.  I can't say enough about his beach rentals too. Real estate is all about location, location, location and his locations aim to please the whole family.  My family absolutely loved our stay at his north Mission Beach ocean front property.

My husband and I have rented a beach house from Ron over the last six years - and each and every time we have had great stays.  If there ever was a problem, Ron immediately took care of the matter.  The "green" house has beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and the best sunsets ever.  Ron makes sure that we consider this house our "happy place".

We had a great time in one of Ron's beach properties. Gorgeous views and very nice house. He was very accommodating with check in and check out with our flights.

Ron has been selling in the Mission Beach neighborhood for a long time and has absolutely no concern for the neighborhood or the people in it.As one example, he took over the only laundry available to service the local area and has let it run down into complete disrepair.  I am writing this because I just talked to an elderly widow who has been in this neighborhood for over 35 years and without a car or a laundry in her small home, like many people here, she depends upon this laundromat.  She was nearly in tears because he refuses to clean his machines or give refunds, her voice broke as she told me about how her clothes smelled like sewage water and one of the dryers took her quarters.  The clothes smell awful after his washes because he refuses to clean the air and water filters.  A basic maintenance step for a laundromat but he is too cheap.  He COULD help, his real estate office is RIGHT NEXT DOOR to the laundry but he simply does not care about the neighborhood, it is just something to squeeze money from.  The previous owner took care of local customers and took some pride in the neighborhood.   Ron has no concern for it at all.Please do not patronize Ron Fletcher or his real estate.  We would all be a lot better off in Mission Beach without him.
