Stan Letterman's Stop Smoking has helped a lot of people. If his program doesn't work the first time, he will give you another shot for free at achieving your goal of being tobacco free. Dr. Letterman is very knowledgeable, nice and amusing. Plus the program cost very little compared to the cost of a carton of cigarettes. Considering that tobacco killed over 480,000 people in the US alone last year, Stan should get a peace price for all the lives he has saved. He definitely helped me. I have not smoked in 14 years after 37 years of smoking. It still didn't stop me from getting a clogged artery, for which at least 30% of the blame is on tobacco use.
