My family recently moved into a long-term rental home in The Lakes. Gina Carriola (Assistant General Manager) and James Quiett (General Manager) were beyond helpful. Gina and James consistently went out of their way to enthusiastically help us through the complexities and stresses associated with settling into our new community. They were both knowledgeable, genuinely kind, and reliable :)

3 Roots is currently managed by FirstService Residential. Nafisa who joined as our manager for the Home Owner's Association to manage the property. She has been a bright spot in the association; with her bubbly personality, friendliness and professionalism make her an amazing asset to our community. Thank you!

This might be my only way for this company to actually respond to me if I post this publicly, but be advised if you buy a home controlled by this company. They seriously do not care about you or your concerns. They are useless, pointless, and exist SOLELY to take your money. I am a renter of a property managed by them (if you can call it that) and my landlord essentially told me these people do not and will not care for your concerns if you arent the direct property owner. Well, they dont care even if you are the property owner, because none of my neighbors like this HOA. I have had a problem with an upstairs neighbor since I moved in, I have sent emails just for them to be ignored. Bylaws are allowed to be broken and youre expected to just shut up, suffer, and still pay this horrible greedy company. My community is nice, but the HOA cares more about making sure if youre disabled, you suffer, and that rowdy, inconsiderate neighbors can make it even harder for you to live. DO NOT BUY A PROPERTY MANAGED BY THIS COMPANY!
