Kevin Fox is simply one of the best real estate professionals I have ever met. He is smart, responsive, detail oriented, reliable, and professional beyond his years. Kevin was instrumental in helping me discover, evaluate and purchase my investment property, providing excellent, data-driven analysis, outstanding follow-through and experienced guidance along the way. He was also skilled in navigating and negotiating what turned out to be a challenging escrow; one in which he far surpassed the selling agent in skill, integrity and professionalism. Kevin is also wonderful at working with newer real estate investors (this was my first 4-plex purchase), explaining and advising along the way about the many elements needed -- and pitfalls to avoid -- in obtaining a successful real estate property. With his skills, smarts, experience and fun personality, I would welcome the opportunity to work with Kevin again, and would highly recommend him to anyone considering making a real estate purchase.

Kevin Fox and his team are truly incredible. When my husband passed, I was left with a pretty large Real Estate portfolio and absolutely no idea how I was going to hang on to it.
After two TERRIBLE run ins with agents who kept trying to convince me to sell everything (which I know my husband would NOT have wanted!) and who seemed to know very little about real estate investing, I found Threshold Investments and decided to give them a call.
Kevin sat down with me in February of this year to better understand my situation and our goals before walking me through all of my options. He was incredibly helpful, patiently explaining the pros and cons of all the possible paths for us to go down.
After about a week or so of back and fourth, Kevin was able to put an incredible plan in place that worked to strategically consolidate my portfolio. Their team quickly sold two of our duplexes with a lot of equity and low rent-to-value ratios (which Kevin explained beautifully!) in Ocean Beach as well as orchestrated the refinance of our 4-unit in North Park; allowing us to hang on to the remainder of our portfolio without the constant worry.
Since consolidating, the Threshold team has done a wonderful job managing the properties day-to-day and continue to help me through all aspects of ownership. Despite being thrust in to this industry the way that I was, Kevin and his team helped me through the numerous challenges and made sure that I made the right decisions when it mattered most.
While Kevin and the team at Threshold certainly know real estate investing better than just about anyone, what really stood out to me was how much they seemed to care about my best interest.
