I cant speak highly enough about Jamie and his team at Downtown Condo Guys! We owned a luxury condo in the Marina district and were extremely displeased with our property manager, and Jamie and Downtown Condo Guys came highly recommended by several residents in the building. Long story short, Jamie helped us to navigate an impossible, despicable (con artist) tenant, clean up the unit, then sell it for top dollar, in spite of a challenging, high-interest rate environment. Needless to say, I recommend Downtown Condo Guys to ANYONE whos considering buying, selling, or renting in or near Downtown San Diego.

Jamie was wonderful and helped me find an amazing condo! I was searching for a few years and he was always there to help. He is a very honest agent and always gave me the pros and cons of a property, and made me feel like he always had my interests in mind.
