        Used them in the past and very reasonable prices with good service however, recently needed some termite help and unable to get anyone on the phone for >2 weeks (still no callback)

        Very disappointed with my experience unfortunately. Fumigation crew contracted by TopNotch was not careful, and in turn damaged outside door latch, attic door and were not cautious with roof tiles during install, that led to damages. Mike apologized, mentioned that it might have been a new crew, but did not offer any remediation. Service: Termite extermination
