We’ve been using Haelo House Care to deep clean our home once a month for several months now. Our cleaner has done a fantastic job every time. She listens to our specific instructions and always goes above and beyond to make sure we are completely satisfied before she leaves. The pricing is very reasonable and the quality of service has impressed us. After using several companies that have left us disappointed, we will be sticking with Haelo House Care. We were also happy to learn that they offer many other house care services like handyman and lawn care. We’ll likely consider using them for more maintenance needs in the future.

We recently sold an investment property in San Diego and Haelo House Care took care of everything to prepare our home for sale from start to finish. They offer extremely affordable handyman and deep cleaning services that made the process easier than we could have ever imagined. They were very responsive and exceeded our expectations in both pricing for repairs, cleaning carpets, windows and pressure washing the exterior to make the home look almost brand new. We would highly recommend this company for home maintenance and cleaning services!

Haelo total house care was just what we needed! Because they do it all, what we thought we needed in a handyman turned into a one-stop total solution and they ended up going above and beyond to take care of all the other items we were looking to do including house cleaning, electrical work and pest control! I highly recommend this company. they are extremely professional and proficient in all they do!

Our recently purchased house needed some restorations before we could move in. We had Haelo help us with the project management activities since my husband and I don’t have any bandwidth in our day or night to take on additional tasks of this caliber. We needed to have major interior and exterior work done. Both Tifanee and Randy from Haelo consistently went above and beyond to help us every single step of the way. They were proactive in doing their homework, gathering multiple bids, reading independent reviews, and leveraged their network of trade vendors to provide us with comprehensive options for each task. What we appreciated the most is their ‪24/7‬ responsiveness. We always got a response back, no matter whether it’s a late night text or a call during a ‪Sunday afternoon‬. We did all of this during the peak of COVID-19 outbreak where most vendors didn’t want to come out for estimates or were shut down. Somehow Haelo was able to maintain our timeline and kept our budget in mind, which was impressive.
What distinguishes Tifanee and Randy from other great service providers is their overall kindness and personalities. At one point during this COvID-19 outbreak, grocery stores were having a hard time stocking their shelves. I mentioned to Tifanee in casual conversation that we weren’t able to find yogurt for our toddler and she immediately offered to go find it for us. She asked if we needed any extra food. We didn’t need any help but it was really nice that she offered. Hopefully you can tell from this small example the type of people who are behind this business. They treated us more than a client.
At no point during this process or afterwards did we feel compelled to write any reviews for their services but we wanted to do so because of the great experience and the personal touches both Tifanee and Randy provided to us. We would gladly use them again for all of our future needs.
