Sonia is a very knowledgeable and professional technician. She was very thorough and answered all my questions about controlling mice or rats. She did not rush and completed a number of tasks including spider web removal around the house, spraying for outside insects, checking and filling rodent bait stations, and setting mouse/rat traps. We get quarterly service with Joshuas and have always had a great experience so when we had termites, we went with them. The fumigation tent fell off our house and when we called they said the tent isnt necessary (then why put one up in the first place?) and didnt fix it. Pretty bad customer service, would strongly advise against using them for termites. Otherwise great though Service: Bug & insect extermination
