In late 2021 I limped into Elite Results Fitness after spending quarantine in a space less than 500 sq.ft. Nearly halfway through 2022 I can plank, I can glide, I can dead lift, and best of all I can walk around my small space without being afraid because Im panting. When I say Tiff saved my life, I am not exaggerating. I am so grateful and even proud of myself. Its a big deal. Tiff knows her stuff: lifting program, mobility training, cardio, weight loss etc. She customizes the workout based on individual needs and it it super effective if you are committed and follow it. Plus the group is super fun.

I've been training with Tiffany for just a little over three months now. From being inactive all of 2020 to getting back into working out, Tiffany is very attentive and makes sure that you properly learn the movements you are doing so you don't hurt yourself. I've seen visible results and feel much more energy, I love and will continue to work with her!!

Training with Tiff will change your life.
I started working out with Tiff at Elite Results during the Summer of 2021. To say that Tiff is a personal trainer I think only speaks to a tiny part of the impact working out with her have brought to my life. Shes intuitive and her wealth of knowledge bred confidence into what I can do inside and outside of the gym. I broke my ankle early in my training journey and without skipping a beat was able to pivot and continue training during that recovery period. Her experience and creativity in creating a program that kept the rest of my body working while also building up the weaknesses that had led to the break, allowed my ankle to come back stronger and with a range of motion that I havent had in years. You may come in looking to improve your physical health and you will get that without question, but Tiff teaches and motivates in a way that will have you feeling proud and pushing the boundaries of what you think you can do, physically and mentally.
