        Extremely difficult experience where I needed to laminate a Business Card; nothing more than running card through laminating machine (which was sitting right in front). Store clerk said only way they would do it same day was to charge an express fee. I declined and will do FedEx Self Serve tomorrow. Given how bad this experience was, it is doubtful I will ever return to Staples again; and yes I have been a regular there for my property management business for many years.

        When I requested to have an ID card laminated, I was told that I would have to wait an hour. That's pretty poor service.

        This Staples is right down the street from my house, so I have been shopping here for a few years now. Since they are now an authorized Amazon returns center, they are my only option for free Amazon return service (even though a UPS Store is about 300 yards away, Amazon makes you choose the option that is closest to where you live). Every time I go in there to make an Amazon return, the line is absolutely massive, and there is only one person that handles all of the returns. There is no reason that it should take 15-20 minutes to drop off a return. If you are committing to be an Amazon return center, then you should have the staff needed to accommodate. Once this issue is resolved, I would be happy to update my review.
