I am surprised that this mortgage lender is still in business.  In 2013, I refinanced my loan with this lender, and it was a nightmare.  This lender was very nice in the beginning, but when the interest rate went up, it kept giving different excuses and asked for more unnecessary documents in an attempt to delay closing my loan or to frustrate me to cancel the loan.  It finally agreed to close the loan after I threatened to take legal action.  However, it made me start making payment one month earlier.  Thus, to this day, I still wonder how much money I had lost by having to start payment one month earlier and whether this demand was legal.  Then, this lender sold my loan a couple months later

Update: still 5 stars, bought 5 properties with these guys.  Alex is my current lender.  He has good contact and gets the job done.

After a horrible experience with a prior lender I was extremely leery of pursuing a refinance but knew I had to make another attempt. I stumbled upon Lynn Skriloff and staff without any research or consulting any reviews. I had a defeatist attitude and was just going through the motions of contacting another company so I could at least say to myself, I gave it a second chance. Talk about a change in luck. These people know what they're doing and they do it with professionalism, courtesy and integrity. Look no further.
