        I went to open an account with this bank to hopefully get a car loan in the near future. They asked for a social security number and I asked if they plan to run my credit and Jose said yes I then asked if it was a soft pull or a hard pull and he said a soft pull I said are you sure and he said let me check with my manager . She told him soft pull. IT WAS NOT !!! I'm in the middle of a commercial loan . The hard pull affected my credit score enough to mess things up on my loan. If the branch manager doesn't know the difference between a soft and hard credit pull , my confidence in this branch is not there. I am very dissappointed
