I am a mortgage broker and I used Lender sure and rep (Liv Barton). Both were incredible communicating with me and creative coming up with a soltuion where the borrower was previously denied by 3 other banks. All around a great experience and I will use again!

I've been using LendSure for over a year now on all my DSCR loans and they are exceptional in servicing my clients. I can't comment on other loan programs but they have DSCR down to a science. It also helps that they have one of the best AE's in the business with Brandon Kelderman. He's super responsive and knows his programs and guidelines inside-out. Pricing is average when compared to others but service is top-notch so this is why I continue to use them. They also allow for RON (remote online notary) signings and this a big plus for my international clients.
