I worked with Lily Luu to on my seller's listing at 10001 Pandora Dr. La Mesa, CA and she was absolutely incredible to work with. From start to finish she was on top of everything, communicated very quickly, and made sure she was sticking to our timelines (that were very short). She never missed a beat, and when something came up that was unexpected, she made sure to discuss it with me, so that we were always on the same page. Weve worked with Lily in the past on our first home and we were super satisfied with her service, so there was no hesitance this time with our second home. Lily took our whole loan situation in stride. Tight timeline? no problem. We had to leave the country for vacation so we had limited time to get the loan approved. Lily is a true professional! She was very honest, prompt, and courteous. She was patient explained everything thoroughly and called, emailed or texted us back promptly, even after hours. She helped me buy a house without proof of income. The time to buy and receive the house is very fast.
