I would like to give a big shout out to Larry and Benjamin at Mortgage Goat. These guys are great. From the very beginning Larry was very helpful, he explained every thing. Is worth mentioning this was our first home purchase. Larry got us the best possible rate we could get and he can handle more of the loans you could ask about. Benjamin was on top of our paper work, he was always available to pick up our call. This is very important to me since, who does not like personalized attention? I recommended Mortgage Goat 100 %. This guys are great, professional and at the end you become family.

After shopping through different lenders ourselves, we quickly realized Mortgage Goat is what we needed. Larry was very responsive and conformed to our schedule as we completed this whole process from JAPAN. I couldnt be happier and more at ease with the quality and process they use to upload/complete documents. He made every step clear, answered whatever simple questions we had and was always available to help. First time home buyer here! I'm not gonna lie, when I heard the name Mortgage Goat i was like hmmmm ok..... I couldnt be more pleased with the service that we received from Larry. He was very professional and prompt. Loved the fact that he stuck with us the whole way through (I hate having to deal with multiple people). The amount of time, care, and effort he put in was really comforting. He wasnt just some loan officer doing his job, he went above and beyond and made sure we were included in every detail every step of the way. I am more than happy to share my personal experience. Larry was very professional through the whole process of helping us get our Loan. As we began our process of purchasing our home he was very detailed, specific and honest on guiding us how we can improve out credit score to qualify for better loan rates. When we final began our house purchase he was great at following up with us on any updates. Working with Larry was great! The guy is quick to respond, available to answer questions, and best of all... the man genuinely cares about helping you succeed. Buying a house is probably one of the most complicated things most of us will ever do. Buying your first home... well it's stressful beyond belief. Larry was around to walk me through the process, his team was prompt and documents were correct. When I had questions, he was available in and outside the office and best of all - he talks like a normal person. Let's face it, we're in a stressful process and having someone speak to you that doesn't make sense won't help. He treats you like the true professional he is, but talks to you like a big brother that has your best interest at heart. I've never called Mortgage Goat and got random customer service person #12, it was always him and it helped me manage my stress and anxiety better than any pill I could of popped. Thanks Mortgage Goat! I LOVE my new house!
