Ryan is fast to respond and on top of everything. We did a refi with him and had quite a few roadblocks along the way (not Ryan's fault) and he just did what he could to knock those blocks down. He was quick to contact (email or call) us when there was something and quick to respond when I had we had questions. There were a lot of technical terms and nuances involved and he does his best to answer questions.

Ryan made buying my first home a great experience. He made everything seem incredibly easy and stress free. He did a great job at handling the lender and getting me the best deal possible. I stumbled on to Ryan by accident as I was looking for another broker I had talked to in San Diego. I am so glad I hooked up with Ryan.The guy does what he says he will do...closed our loan in 21 days with  our loan costs being exactly what he told us they would be. Ryan has a great support staff, everyone returns phone calls emails immediately and overall turns a usually stressful situation into a very manageable one.We would use Ryan Gelardi again with no hesitation.
