We had a positive experience through out our time working with The Simpson Team to secure our loan. The lender had several requests which was above the normal protocal and Rose Moore worked tirelessly throughout the weekend to make sure nothing fell through the cracks and the lender received all information they required. If ever we send an email, Rose seemed to respond within minutes. I can not say enough about the professionalism and follow through of The Simpson Team. Truly grateful how they fought for us.
