Pronto Laundry

At first,was wonderful,but now not. So I don't go there any more.Last visit I used two largest washers with Xtra rinse $11.00 each. One didn't deliver the soap and didn't get Xtra rinse,the other no fabric softener was dispensed.When I confronted the assistant he would not do anything about it and told me to wash them again if I didn't like the way the washers cleaned my clothes.I politely said to him that I would tell as many people as I could to be cautious with this business because you are out of luck if the machines are faulty and don't clean your clothes as intended.There were multiple broke down washers,if that tells anything.

Very dirty floor and machines! The attendant sits inside and spend most of the time on her cell phone. I have pics if you want?

Terrible. All the washing machines are very dirty. The floor inside is dirty on the outside. The parking lot is terrible. The bathrooms are full of dirt and there is no paper. It is a business.... Terrible. Recent comment. The parking lot is full of garbage around The building's washing machines are dirty. There is no cleaning staff. Today, May 29, I visited this business. I want to recommend Miss Kenya who has an afternoon shift. She is very kind when you ask her for help. She always answers with great politeness and a friendly smile. I give her a 5.
