SpinCycle Laundry Lounge

I have been a regular customer since spin cycle laundromat has been open! Today, however, I went to get my laundry done. The larger machines were all occupied. I asked the laundry attendant Char, if I could use one of the machines that stated ONLY FOR ATTENDANTS as they were NOT BEING USED BY HER? She said no! As I was about to leave, I saw the owner and an Asian lady about to enter the office. I know hes the owner, so respectfully I explain to him and showed him that all machines were occupied. I asked him if I could use one of the attendants machine? And he said yes!! Char, came and saw me using the machine and was very upset that I went over here and asked him! She told Michelle her assistant to come get my card and she will reimburse me the cash thats on the card and I must not come back there to do my laundry!! Is this appropriate for an attendant at the laundromat to speak to customer??? Was this necessary??? Thank you

This laundromat is spacious and cool, I love it. However, the service is very poor, the employees and manager here are arrogant and unprofessional.

Reviews are right about the rude, disrespectful, unprofessional, and argumentative lady. You will be profiled and targeted by her. Not family friendly. Shes very unlawful and on some sort of power trip. Its a good establishment but ran by very incompetent staff.
