EDIT: from 3 to 5 stars! Theyve fixed their issues from their soft opening and serve up delicious food with minimal wait :) Excellent take on zhajiangmian. Minus two stars for subpar service and an inability to recognize the impact of the mistake on the foods quality. I ordered a jja jjang myun to go. I received a ticket for my number and stood aside to wait. 3 minutes later, a bag that looked like my order was placed on the counter for pickup. My number wasnt called, but I checked with the cashier anyway. She said to wait another 10 minutes for my order to come out. I waited 20 minutes, heard my number called and was given the bag that had been on the counter for 20 minutes. I stated that my noodle dish had been sitting for 20 minutes there and asked if they could heat it up or mix up the noodles so that wouldnt turn into a brick when I try to eat it at home. They flat out refused and I left, having already wasted enough time there. The taste of the sauce on the noodles is what saves this review. The noodles had dried and cooled enough that they were basically stuck together like a brick. I had to use two forks to pull them apart and used the sauce to help lubricate the noodles apart from each other. Bottom line, if they realized the impact of just leaving noodles sitting around and then not offering to recook or heat them up, I cant fully enjoy their dish. As this is their soft opening, Im sure the kinks will work themselves out. But I just wanted to share my experience.

Reminds me the black noodle place in my hometown Korea. Food is delicious and fresh for sure.

The service sucks here. I've returned a couple more times after getting treated so poorly just for the food but won't be returning again. They messed up my order once as well and tried to blame it on me saying that they confirmed when they clearly did not. Don't recommend.
