This class is life changing. I loved this place. It's so much fun but also serious and gave me real confidence and ways to avoid dangerous situations. Highly recommended this self defence classes.

My 5 year old son loves going to karate. Sensei Andrew is great teacher with students of every age and level. We go twice a week to the location next to trader joes in MiraMesa. My son loves every minute he's there. I highly recommend United Studios of Self Defense.

Sensei Jerod is now managing the studio and he's great. He gets the kids in class to respect him with just a very quiet voice.  I notice they really want to behave for him.   My daughter has been going for 6 + months now and I've seen improvement in her self esteem and confidence. She's also made friends in class.  She loves to go to karate and never misses a class.
