White Dragon Martial Arts - Clairemont (San Diego)

White Dragon Martial Arts is an amazing place to train traditional Chinese martial arts. Ive been fortunate enough to have been able to train there since 2006 and it has changed my life. If you want to learn Choy li fut or Tai chi chuan White Dragon is the real deal.

Been here for 30 years. Great traditional martial arts with a friendly atmosphere. Ive made good friends here and learned self defense and so much more. Highly recommend.

I love it here. I have so much fun learning kung fu, I get a ton of exercise, and I'm learning so many things that will help me in my life. Learning to defend myself as well as values and life lessons to the extent that white dragon teaches them is something that I don't think you can find at any other school!

White Dragon Clairemont is the best! When my (then) 10-year-old son started training at White Dragon in Clairemont in spring 2021, we were just happy he found an activity he seemed to enjoy. Now, almost 3 years later, I can say it has been nothing short of transformational. He has grown in so many ways- including his strength, balance, confidence and work ethic. The expert coaches have guided him through every challenge, from learning complex forms to overcoming his initial fear of sparring. In fact, I was so impressed that I joined White Dragon Clairemont in the fall of 2022- partly so I could share the experience with my son, and partly so I could push past my own limitations. And it has been wonderful on both fronts! We are so thankful for White Dragon Clairemont, all our teachers, and our fellow students.
